The project is about documented the processes of the Project Management Office (PMO) of Hellenic Cables SA. Moreover, the project team will provide proposals for enhancing the already mature project management processes of the organisation.
Design and modeling of TERNA SA's risk register. Development of a procedure for detecting, analyzing, evaluating, responding, and monitoring TERNA SA's hazards. When necessary, design and conceptualization of an action plan based on the appropriate steps to minimize and address the risks.

Το έργο περιλάμβανε την κάλυψη των ελάχιστων προϋποθέσεων από πλευράς ΤΔΠΕΑΕ για την επιβεβαίωση Διαχειριστικής Επάρκειας κατά τη μεταβατική περίοδο (με βάση τη σχετική εγκύκλιο του ΥΠΟΙΟ) μέχρι την έκδοση του Ελληνικού Προτύπου Διαχείρισης Έργων (ΕΛΟΤ1429:2008). Επιπλέον, εστιάστηκε στην υποστήριξη της αποδοτικής λειτουργίας του συστήματος προκειμένου αυτό να συμβάλει στην ουσιαστική βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας των διαδικασιών του ΤΔΠΕΑΕ και της ποιότητας του παραγόμενου έργου του και παράλληλα στην αναπροσαρμογή του Συστήματος, ώστε να βρίσκεται σε συμφωνία με τις απαιτήσεις του Ελληνικού Προτύπου (ΕΛΟΤ1429:2008).
